Cookie Policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve this website.
Essential cookies
Required for the website and your account/session to function (e.g., staying logged in). These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
Authentication cookies
Keep you securely signed in to your account.
Functional cookies
Remember your preferences (e.g., language, theme).
Analytics cookies
With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand how public pages and features are used so we can improve the Service. We measure completed readings and purchases using purchase amounts and anonymous order references. We do not send birth details, chat content, names, emails or card details to analytics. You can accept, decline or later change this choice through the Cookie preferences control.
Advertising cookies
With your permission, the Meta Pixel tells us which of our Instagram and Facebook ads lead to visits, sign-ups, checkouts and purchases, using purchase amounts and anonymous order references. Meta sets its own cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) for this. We do not send birth details, chat content, names, emails or card details to Meta, and pages whose address contains birth details send it nothing. Declining in Cookie preferences stops it and removes those cookies.
Payment-related cookies
Set by our payment processor, Razorpay, during checkout, governed in part by Razorpay's own cookie/privacy practices.
Session vs. persistent cookies
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period (up to 12-24 months) or until you clear them.
Managing your cookie preferences
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the banner shown on your first visit, and change your preference at any time through your browser settings.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties (analytics/advertising/payment providers) whose own privacy policies govern their use of that data.
