These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the services offered by Vijaykumar Satyamsetti ("we," "us," "our"), operating under the brand AskHoro (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

"User," "you" — any individual who accesses or uses the Service. "Content" — astrology reports, chat responses, and any other output generated through the Service. "Account" — a registered user profile on the Service. "Order" — a purchase of a paid report, credits, or subscription.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You may be required to create an Account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your Account. You are responsible for all activity under your Account.

You agree to provide accurate birth details and other information necessary for the Service to function, to use the Service only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

The Service provides AI-generated astrological content, including personalised horoscopes, birth-chart interpretation, astrology reports, and conversational responses to astrology-related questions, based on the birth details and other information you provide, computed using astronomical/astrological calculation methods and interpreted with the assistance of artificial intelligence.

Content delivered through the Service, including chat responses and reports, is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence models, including third-party AI providers (see our Privacy Policy). AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent, notwithstanding our efforts to ground it in verifiable astronomical calculations and established astrological methods.

In summary: the Service provides information, interpretation, and content for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes. It does not guarantee any outcome, prediction, or future event, and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, insurance, employment, or other professional advice.

While chart computations are performed using recognised astronomical methods, astrological interpretation (whether AI-generated or otherwise) is inherently a matter of tradition and perspective, not verifiable fact. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any interpretation, prediction, or recommendation provided through the Service.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts or data;
• submit false or another person's information without authorisation;
• use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission;
• resell or redistribute Content for commercial purposes without our written permission; or
• use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm another person.

In addition to Section 10, you must not use the Service to seek or generate content that: promotes self-harm, violence, or illegal activity; is used as a substitute for emergency medical, legal, or safety response; or is used to make real-world high-stakes decisions (medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical) without independent professional advice.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or payment credentials. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated.

Prices for reports, credits, and subscriptions are displayed on the Service before purchase and may change from time to time; changes will not affect an Order already completed. We reserve the right to offer promotional pricing or discounts at our discretion.

Prices displayed as "inclusive of GST" include applicable Goods and Services Tax at the rate in force at the time of purchase. Tax rates and applicability may change in accordance with Indian tax law.

You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or in your Account dashboard upon successful payment. This confirmation, together with these Terms, constitutes the contract for that Order.

The Service is delivered digitally. Reports and content are typically made available in your Account immediately or within a reasonable time after payment confirmation, as indicated at the time of purchase. No physical delivery is involved.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Account settings or by contacting support@askhoro.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

If a payment fails but an amount is debited from your account, any such amount is typically reversed automatically by the payment processor/bank within their standard timelines. If not reversed automatically, contact support@askhoro.com with your transaction reference for assistance.

If you are charged more than once for the same Order due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full upon verification.

If you believe a charge was unauthorised or incorrect, we encourage you to contact us at support@askhoro.com first so we can resolve it directly. You also retain your right to raise a dispute with your bank or card issuer; we will cooperate with the payment processor's dispute-resolution process as required.

If subscriptions are offered, their pricing, billing frequency, and included benefits are described at the point of purchase. Continued access requires timely payment of the applicable subscription fee.

Where applicable, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will provide advance notice of an upcoming renewal charge in accordance with applicable law and payment-processor requirements. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date through your Account settings.

All website content, design, software, and branding, other than Content generated specifically for you, are the property of Vijaykumar Satyamsetti or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this material without our written permission.

If you submit any content to the Service (e.g., a support message, a question, or feedback), you retain ownership of it, but grant us a licence to use it as necessary to provide and improve the Service, as described in Section 26.

You grant Vijaykumar Satyamsetti a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, process, and store the birth details, questions, and other information you provide, for the purposes of generating your requested Content, operating and improving the Service, and complying with legal obligations, as further described in our Privacy Policy. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use, save, and share your own generated reports for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence providers and other technology and infrastructure providers to operate. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or limitations originating from these third-party providers, though we take reasonable steps to select reliable providers and to mitigate the impact of any disruption.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime, maintenance, or technical failure, except as required by applicable law.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vijaykumar Satyamsetti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any decision made in reliance on Content provided through the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable Indian law, and nothing in this Section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vijaykumar Satyamsetti harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your Account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the reason, except where prohibited by law or where notice would compromise a legitimate investigation.

You may request deletion of your Account and associated personal data at any time by contacting support@askhoro.com or through your Account settings, subject to our Privacy Policy's retention exceptions (e.g., financial records we are legally required to retain).

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We implement reasonable security practices to protect your personal data, as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with applicable Indian data-protection law.

Complaints regarding the Service, an Order, or these Terms may be directed to support@askhoro.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you via email or a prominent notice on the Service before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to your non-waivable rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (which allow you to approach a consumer forum with jurisdiction over your own location), the courts at Hyderabad, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
